Hi Erica,
I can't find enough ways to say how much our dog Max loves coming to stay with you at Country Bound Pet Resort. When we drive over the bridge over I-65 on County Line Rd., He begins to whine and hop from seat to seat in the car. He knows that means we're going to your place. The closer we get the more excited he becomes. He drags us to the door and immediately tries to go back to one of the suites,just so every one knows he is there to stay. We never worry about how he's doing while we're gone because we know he's having a blast going for nature walks, having play time and of course watching t.v.. He always seems a little sad to see us when we come to pick him up, since he understands he'll be leaving to go home. The ride home is usually filled with much whining and looking out the back window, he doesn't settle down until we cross I-65 again. He has never reacted like this to any other place we've boarded him at ! He loves all the attention he gets from you & your staff. I love how clean and wonderful your place smells. You must work hard to maintain this which isn't easy when dealing with so many dogs & cats. I tell everyone I meet how much Max & I love your place. We have even posted a referral on our website for Country Bound Pet Resort to let our customers know they can trust you to take great care of their pets !

Words cannot express how thrilled we are with the love and care that Sophie receives at Country Bound Pet Resort.  When I toured the facility, I knew immediately that this was the place where I wanted Sophie to be when she couldn’t be with our family.  The facilities are beautiful and clean, and Erica and the rest of her staff are awesome and love each and every pet as if it were their own. 

Sophie absolutely loves going to Country Bound Pet Resort.  She cannot wait to get out in the play yard and play with the other dogs. My family and I feel very at ease leaving Sophie because we know she will be loved and cared for at Country Bound Pet Resort just as we love and care for her at home.  The rates are reasonable, especially for the personalized care that the pets receive, and the list of optional activities and items that you can purchase for your pet are incredible.  Sophie’s personal favorite is Yappy Hour.

Our family gives Country Bound Resort our highest recommendation…two thumbs up…four stars…a perfect 10.
